It is a shame when beautiful pieces of silver are hidden away because they are damaged or tarnished. The restoration work of our skilled silversmiths is done to the highest standards. The work is varied and ranges from removing small bruises and large dents to replacing missing parts and broken handles.We also undertake silver re-plating to your worn items bringing them back to their showroom condition.
Cleaning
Over time, and with usage, the surface of your silverware can become blemished and dull. We provide a hand polishing service to remove the blemishes and restore the brightness of the silver. This process has become somewhat of a lost art over recent years as it involves several stages using a polishing motor, polishing agents and a lot of skill.For antique silverware we offer a ‘butler’ hand-cleaning service, which does not involve any machinery.
