Arch Top Clock with Westminster Chime - 11" tall
The arch top cabinet style was influenced by Thomas Sheraton and was popular in the Regency and later Edwardian eras.
This model is made in mahogany and finished with curl veneers, shell marquetry inlay and boxwood stringing.
The 8-day mechanical chime movement plays the Westminster melody and includes an automatic night silencer.
The door, which is fitted with convex glass in a solid brass surround, is opened to allow the winding of the movement with the period key.
