Regency Styled Clock with Burr Yew Veneer - 11in
A reproduction of a chiming mantle clock that was very popular during the Regency period, circa 1820. This timepiece has a solid yew case that has been decorated with burr yew veneer inlaid with shell marquetry and an ebonised edgeline. The Westminster chime movement, which sounds at each quarter hour, has a manual silencer for silent running, and will run for 8 days between windings.
