A beautifully crafted spray brooch, the main stones being Sapphires claw set in white 18ct gold with a ribbon design, also in 18ct white gold, pavé set with brilliant Diamonds, the Sapphires being enhanced by a leaf spray in 18ct yellow gold - quite beautiful!
