Our 30 Day return policy

We hope your purchase from HaroldCox.com has exceeded your expectations. However, if for any reason you would prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return your purchase within 30 days of its shipment.

Accepting Returns

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all our products unless they have been specially made to fulfil a customer's order. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by HaroldCox.com), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by HaroldCox.com was not engraved with the letters specified with your order, we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.

Exchanging Your Order

Exchanges are simple. You can return any item within 30 days of shipment from HaroldCox.com, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (less any shipping charges). You can apply this credit against the cost of any other item you choose. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Exchanging Your Order

The merchandise we supply is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return any item to HaroldCox.com please ensure you follow the following procedure:
  1. Either e-mail or phone HaroldCox.com for a Return Authorisation Code – you must do this before returning the goods. See – Contact Us

  2. Secure your goods inside the original jewel case or bag. Make sure you include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.

  3. Place it all inside a small cardboard shipping box, and cover the entire box with paper mailing tape. Please ensure the box is strong enough to protect your returns – we can’t issue a credit if the goods are damaged in transit. Paper mailing tape must be used so that ink stamps will print on your package.

  4. Write your Return Authorisation Code on the parcel next to the return address.

  5. Ship the item to:

    Please do not write ‘Jewellery’ on the box for security reasons.

  6. Ship the item by registered mail, fully insured for the value of the item (some carriers will not insure jewellery). Please request a receipt from your shipper for your records.

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within five days of this notification.
Please note that any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns may be returned to the sender.

What do I do with a damaged or missing item?

If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please accept our apologies and notify us within 28 days of shipping (or sooner) and follow the Returning Your Order procedure. We will gladly replace the merchandise (subject to availability) without any additional charges, or provide you with a full refund. Please clearly mark on the returns form whether a replacement or a refund is required and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. If an item is missing from your order and you were not notified of the order being incomplete please contact HaroldCox.com immediately so that we may remedy the situation. (please quote your original order number and any details that would allow us to react as quickly as possible).

How do I check the status of a return?

Once we have received the returned goods it can take between 2 – 28 days to process an exchange or replacement, much depends on product availability. If there is the likelihood of a delay beyond 28 days we will advise you. Refunds are processed within five working days.We will notify you by E-mail the day that the returned goods have been received by us. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of an error made by HaroldCox.com or if the product was damaged in shipping.
