If you are experiencing or noticing any problems with our site, we would like to know. This includes even the smallest details, such as typos!
To resolve technical problems, such as poor performance, inability to order, etc., the following information would be helpful to us:
- Date and time the problem occurred
- Operating System (e.g. Windows 3.1, Mac System 8)
- Browser and version number (e.g. Netscape Navigator 3.2, Internet Explorer 4.0)
Please include a detailed description of the problem (including what you clicked immediately before you encountered the problem), and note any error system messages that appeared.
