Adding an Item to your shopping basket

When you see an item you wish to buy, click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET button, this places the item in your shopping basket.

You then have three options to choose from:
  • REMOVE FROM SHOPPING BASKET. This will remove the item from your shopping basket.
  • CONTINUE SHOPPING. This leaves the item(s) in your shopping basket and allows you to continue shopping.
  • PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Use this option if you wish to purchase the item(s) in your shopping basket. (Your order will not be sent to us until the last page of the checkout has been completed and you click the SUBMIT ORDER button).
Where an item has engraving options there will be an additional button displayed.
  • ADD VIEW ENGRAVING. Use this button to choose an engraving style and enter your text.
The Checkout

Once you enter the checkout follow the simple on screen instructions. You will be able to:
  • Enter multiple billing and delivery addresses
  • Enter text for an accompanying message card
  • Choose whether to gift wrap your item(s)
  • See whether and how much VAT is payable (UK and EC countries only)
  • See the shipping costs (delivery outside the UK only).
On the last page of the checkout you will have to click the SUBMIT button if you wish to send your order to haroldcox.com

International Shipments and Orders Of High Value

We are happy to accept orders from all corners of the globe, and can deliver gifts to many international destinations. For security reasons, however, with international shipments and orders of high value, we may contact you, upon receipt of your order, to request the following:
  1. a photocopy of the front and back of your credit or debit card
  2. a signed note confirming you wish to charge the full amount of the order to that card
  3. proof of your identity
You will be asked to fax us the required information, but if you do not have access to a fax machine, please let us know. We may be able to work out a solution. If you are a legitimate customer we trust you will appreciate why we insist on this additional verification.
